2. The data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to deliver our services:
- Identity and contact data: full name, phone number, email address.
- Qualification data: your answers to the form questions, such as age band, qualification, language level and approximate financial capacity.
- Technical data: the form identifier and the advertisement identifier you arrived through, and the date and time of submission.

- Through Instant Forms on Facebook and Instagram.
- When you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Through contact forms or measurement tools on our website.

5. Sharing with third parties
Your data may be processed by technical service providers we work with, strictly to the extent needed to run our services:

Some of this data may be transferred to servers outside Egypt given how these platforms operate. We do not share your data with any other party except with your explicit consent, or in response to a formal request from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.
6. How long we keep data
- Data of enquirers who did not engage us: kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Data of engaged clients: kept for the duration of the service, plus any further period required by legal and accounting obligations.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time before those periods elapse, as set out in section 7.
7. Your rights
Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to:
- Know and access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data or complete what is missing.
- Request deletion of your data (the right to erasure).
- Withdraw your consent to contact or processing at any time.
- Object to your data being processed for marketing purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, send your request to info@safgates.com stating your name and the phone number registered with us. We commit to replying within a maximum of 30 days from receipt.
8. Data security
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect your data, including restricting access to the staff who need it, using password-protected accounts with two-step verification, and transferring data over encrypted channels. That said, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
9. Cookies and measurement tools
Our site may use cookies and measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel to understand how our pages and campaigns perform. These tools collect aggregate statistical data and are not used to identify you personally. You can disable cookies from your browser settings at any time.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are aimed at people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age. If we become aware that we have, the data is deleted as soon as we know.
11. Nature of the service
Our services are advisory in nature and cover eligibility assessment, file preparation and follow-up. They carry no guarantee of a visa, residence permit or acceptance from any government body. The final decision rests in all cases entirely with the competent official authorities.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change is published on this page with the “Last updated” date above revised, and takes effect from the date of publication.
