A US visa is won in the preparation
Nobody guarantees approval. But there is a wide gap between a properly built file with a rehearsed interview, and someone walking in to try their luck and losing a non-refundable fee.
Visit or study, the file gets the same rigour
We work on two visas only, and we build the file as though a sceptic will read it.
F1 visa
File and DS-160
Interview coaching
Four things settle the file
Most refusals come down to one of these, not to bad luck.

Assessing your chances
We read your file honestly and tell you whether this is the right moment to apply.
Building the file
The DS-160, the supporting documents, and ordering them convincingly.
Fees and appointment
Paying the fees and booking the biometrics and interview slots.
Interview rehearsal

Answers without the varnish
What is the approval rate?
There is no fixed rate, and anyone quoting you a number is selling you an illusion. The decision rests with the consular officer and your personal circumstances. What we do is tell you the weak points in your file before you pay a non-refundable fee.
I was refused before. Can I apply again?
Yes, there is no mandatory waiting period. But applying with the same file gives the same result. We review the reason for the first refusal and look at what has genuinely changed in your situation since.
Are fees refunded if I am refused?
No. Visa fees are non-refundable whether you are approved or refused. That is exactly why an honest assessment beforehand saves you more than it costs.
Do you file on my behalf?
We prepare the file, review the form and coach you for the interview. You attend the interview yourself. Nobody can attend it for you.
- We never promise approval
- We do not file a case we know is weak
- We tell you when waiting is better
- Fees are clear from the start
Know your chances before you pay the fee
Visa fees are non-refundable. One consultation saves you a rushed application and a refusal on your record.
